Organic Egyptian Spinach/ Molokhia/ Jute Spinach/ Saluyot

Planting Seeds: Direct Sowing: Sow seeds ½ inch deep and about 12-18 inches apart in rows that are 2-3 feet apart.

Transplanting: Start seeds indoors 4-6 weeks before the last frost date. Transplant outdoors after the risk of frost has passed.

Watering: Water thoroughly after planting. Keep the soil consistently moist but not soggy. Reduce watering as the plants mature, but ensure they have enough moisture during hot spells.
